2018 Medican Staffing Referral Program Terms & Conditions
We recognize that great people know great people; therefore, Medican Staffing has created a new referral program. Medican is always on the lookout for talent. Have a friend, family member or colleague looking for an opportunity? Refer them to us and you could earn a bonus.
How It Works
When you refer an individual who completes his/her first month on Medican Staffing’s payroll, or accepts a permanent position with one of our clients, you can receive a Medican bonus of a $25 Gift Card.
There is no limit to the number of candidates you can refer. All referral bonus payments will be paid within 30 days after the referred employee’s 1 month of employment or upon being hired permanently with one of our clients.
Who can participate in our employee referral program?
Anyone is free to participate.
How to Apply?
Just fill out our referral form or email your referral(s) to us. We will check our records to confirm who qualifies. It’s that simple. Referral Terms
Medican bonuses are provided only for referrals who are not already in Medican’s applicant database. If the person referred has already applied for a position with any Medican Staffing office, he/she will not be eligible for this program. Medican Staffing bonuses are paid only for qualified referrals who actually register with Medican Staffing, meet our hiring criteria, accept an assignment or position, fulfill the terms of that assignment or position and fulfill the conditions of the referral program. Only person(s) whose referral(s) has been approved will be contacted by Medican. If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive the referral reward. Only one bonus paid per person referred. Medican Staffing does not guarantee employment to any individual referred.
